Mandatory compliance training for school employees is vital in fostering a safe, inclusive, and legally sound learning environment. This training equips staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and address critical issues such as child abuse, bullying, cultural sensitivity, and emergency procedures. Schools can proactively prevent incidents, promote positive interactions with students, and comply with state and federal regulations by ensuring all staff members are on the same page regarding these crucial topics.

All school employees must complete compliance training modules as assigned each year.
